You have just closed on your dream house. It has everything you've worked so hard for: swimming pool, fireplace, finished basement, and cozy nooks throughout. It's magnificent, but while moving in, you are told by neighbors that the previous owners were involved in occult worship. Over the course of many years, thousands of chickens and other small animals were sacrified at a make-shift alter in the attic. Someone now offers you half of what you paid for the house.
